Members of Festa make a commitment to pay the annual fee to Festa. If the fee is paid past the due date, interests will be added.

Festa´s Managing Director has permission to negotiate special, short term, deals for new members.

A written resignation has to be delivered to Festa at the latest on September 30 for the following year. Festa´s board of directors can invalid a membership if a member has been proven to have broken Festa´s Code of Ethics.
